During natural disasters (tornadoes, wind storms,
ice storms), West Tree Service has developed a crisis response
plan which allows their contracted utility customers to respond
to the needs of their customers in a predetermined number of hours.
This plan was recently implemented during the severely damaging
hurricanes, which occurred throughout Florida and the southeast
during September 2004.
